Located in the heart of Massapequa, the Martial Arts Institute has been serving Massapequa and the surrounding community for over 30 years. Our modern, 3500 square foot, air-conditioned  training facility features  state-of-the-art safety equipment, a fully-equipped weight room, changing facilities for male and female students, and a lobby/seating area for parents to observe classes in progress.
